Apple released two new iPhone 5 pertaining advertisements on its YouTube page, this move of the California company has been labeled by trade experts as a way of increasing the sales of iPhone 5 for the upcoming Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Christmas shopping event. The two new advertisements focus on iPhone 5′s noise cancelling and photo stream attribute.
iPhone 5S rumours have been doing the rounds in the market with reports suggesting that the production of the successor of iPhone 5 has already begun. With the release of two new adverts, Apple seems to diversifying its sales strategy. The iPhone 5 manufacturer had earlier extended its Black Friday sales to the UK and Australia in addition to the USA.
The first advertisement is labeled as ‘Turkey’; Apple seems to be reflecting on the theme of Thanksgiving. The ad explains the nuances of ‘Photo Stream’, a feature of iOS 6, which allows the users to easily share photos. The ‘Turkey’ advert uses references from Thanksgiving as the narrator’s voice says, ‘It’s as easy as pie’ in the end.
The second advert is labeled as ‘Orchestra’ and explains the iPhone 5′s noise-cancelling attribute. The advert depicts the feature through an orchestra. The advert refers to iPhone 5′s ability to reduce the surrounding noises when the users are receiving a call.
With the holidays approaching, Apple will be hoping that the advertisements will give the consumers a visual push and help increase the sales of iPhone 5.
