Samsung, after releasing a print advertisement defiling the iPhone 5, might have leaked the release date of Galaxy S4. Samsung had earlier taken a jab at the iPhone 5 manufacturer by comparing Galaxy SIII and iPhone 5 and concluding that the Galaxy smartphone was better than Apple iPhone 5.
The two technology giants have not been in each other’s good books once the battle over patent infringement started. The Korean Times received an anonymous tip about the plans of Samsung to release the new smartphone in Barcelona at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in February 2013.
Technology pundits are speculating that this might be the South Korean company’s another veiled attempt at stealing the thunder of the recently released iPhone 5.
The Galaxy Note manufacturing company has been trying to derail the sales of the iPhone 5 since its release on September 12, this year. Samsung’s dirty marketing strategies seem to have little effect on the sales of iPhone 5 as the smartphone has sold over 2 million devices in the first 24 hours after its release.
Galaxy S4 rumours are circulating the market as the anticipated launch date for the novel device is only nine months after Galaxy SIII released to the public. Samsung might be pushing for an early release to increase the sales and avoid direct rivalry with Apple’s products as they are scheduled to launch after February.
With the rumours of Galaxy S4 release, people are now speculating about the features of the new device of the Galaxy franchise. Rumours suggest that Galaxy S4 will be equipped with a 12 mega-pixel rear camera with 1080p recording and might produce more stable sound when compared to Galaxy SIII.
