Samsung Galaxy S4 release rumours suggest that the successor of Galaxy S3 might be out in May with a major change, the smartphone would be without the home button as pictured in the leaked images. The images of the new offering from the South Korean manufacturer were sent to SamMobile.
Rumours about Galaxy S4 have been around since the last year, but there is still no official announcement about the smartphone. The Lebanon Facebook page of Samsung announced that Galaxy S4 would be release in May 2013 leading to many speculations. The post was then removed.
The leaked images show a slightly thinner bezel than its predecessor hinting towards a bigger screen. Rumours about the specifications of the smartphone include a quad-core 2GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, and a SuperAMOLED display with 1080p resolution. Galaxy S4 is speculated to be operated on Android 4.2.1.
Galaxy S4 is rumoured to house a 13-megapixel camera with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Samsung had earlier stated that the firm would not be unveiling its next smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in February. The South Korean manufacturer was also rumoured to unveil Galaxy S4 at CES 2013, but that possibility was also turned down by the company.
