Galaxy S4 might introduce a Photo Sphere-like camera feature called Samsung Orb

Samsung Galaxy S4 rumours continue to grow after many news reports confirmed the launch of the next smartphone from the South Korean would be on March 14. The recent speculations suggest that Galaxy S4 will comprise of a new camera feature called Samsung Orb, which will work in a similar way to the Photo Sphere.

Nexus 4 introduced the Photo Sphere, which was integrated with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Samsung Orb, like the Photo Sphere will allow the users to capture the photos in a 360-degree panorama mode, which is speculated to give the users’ a three-dimensional experience. Some reports suggest that Samsung Orb might outclass the Photo Sphere.

Recent rumours state that the Samsung Orb is in its beta phase and if the software is not developed before the release of the Galaxy S4, then the users might receive it via a software update. Earlier speculations had stated that the Galaxy S4 will comprise of a 13 mega-pixel rear camera.

Some other rumours state that Samsung Galaxy S4 will be powered by the recent processor from Qualcomm, which is Snapdragon 600. Galaxy S4 is speculated to be released on March 14 at a New York event and might be available on display for selective clients at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona later this month.

Some Galaxy S4 news reports suggest that the device will feature 802.11ac WiFi technology. The new technology, which is also known as 5G WiFi, targets browsing speeds and aims to provide roughly equatable speeds with a wired connection. It is all rumours and speculations till Samsung releases the successor of Galaxy S3.
