iPhone 5: Faster, thinner, lighter, better and at the same price as iPhone 4S

Apple reinstated the fact ‘A thing of beauty is joy forever’ at the unveiling of iPhone 5 at the press conference in San Francisco. The iPhone 5 makers have adhered to the vision of Steve Jobs to make a device which is ‘exhilaratingly beautiful’.

The morning of September 12 witnessed a visibly enthusiastic Apple CEO, Tim Cook, taking the centre stage to announce the creation of the new phone. Not taking much time, he invited Apple’s marketing chief Phil Schiller to announce the smartphone that has been trending for a long time.

Apple has not been able to keep the rumours at bay about the features of the phone. Tech Hunter had published rumours most of which are now confirmed after the splendid release of the iPhone 5. The press conference confirmed that the new iPhone will be thinner, lighter and faster than its predecessor.

iPhone 5 will operate on the novel iOS 6 and the A6 processor as rumoured earlier. The rear camera on the iPhone 5 receives the much awaited Panorama feature which allows the user to shoot wide lens photos and videos in high definition.

Apple has also incorporated the feature of the retina display in iPhone 5 as it was rumoured that the display might get an upgrade from iPhone 4S. The news about the features might not have surprised the technical pundits as most of the specifications were leaked on the market.

Apple has once again shown that no legal action will stop its innovative streak by launching the 4G LTE feature in the iPhone 5. HTC had earlier initiated legal action against Apple over patent infringement over 4G LTE features.

FaceTime gets the high definition aspect as was speculated by the users. The Wi-Fi also gets an upgrade from its predecessor and becomes faster than ever as informed by Tech Hunter.

The rumoured lightning dock connector and the new earphones are now awaiting the users in true existence. The price remains the same as the iPhone 4S. With iPhone 5, Apple has surpassed every standard that it has set in the previous years of its existence. Now, what will Apple bring next?
