Galaxy S4 price, features and release date have been making headlines since the inception of the idea of the smartphone from the South Korean firm. With two days left for the ‘Samsung Unpacked’ event, presumably the platform for the launch of Samsung’s next smartphone, Galaxy S4, the excitement is running high among consumers about the offering.
Samsung is reported to push the envelope further with the release of Galaxy S4 and the firm is exercising every strategy to heighten the anticipations of the people. The South Korean firm has released two teaser trailers for the ‘Unpacked’ event suggesting the features of Galaxy S4.
The recent teaser hints at the colour schemes of the smartphone without divulging much in the details. Earlier reports suggested that Samsung would be introducing S4 in two colours, black and white, which was derived from the colour of the banners erected by the firm at Times Square. The icing on the cake is the image relayed on Twitter by Samsung, which might be the Galaxy S4.
The image, though dark, displays the upper left corner of the device and the Samsung logo on the top. Many reports had stated that the firm might not stray too far from the design of Galaxy S3 for its successor. The March 14 ‘Samsung Unpacked’ event has generated immense hype and garnered colossal attention. Galaxy S4 is slated against iPhone 5 and some might suggest that the device will exceed expectations.
The Galaxy S4 is rumoured to sport an eight-core Exynos processor, a separate eight-core graphics processing unit, a 4.99-inch Super Amoled display, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear camera with 1080p video capability, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, and the latest version of Android, known as 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
With just two days away from the probable announcement of Galaxy S4, the countdown begins for the Big Apple Samsung event. Are you waiting for Thursday?
