Apple iWatch rumours have been circling the technological market in recent times with reports suggesting that the California giant is developing a wrist-watch like device, which is speculated to be made of curved glass. New reports claim that the iWatch will possess some attributes of a smartphone, thus carving its own niche of wrist-watch like devices.
Apple has been rumoured to be working on the iWatch for quite some time now and recent rumours hint at a talking watch from the iPhone manufacturing company. The iWatch is also reported to be synchronised with the iPhone as WSJ reports that Apple is in talks with Foxconn over the design of the device.
Corning, the manufacturer of Gorilla Glass, is reported to manufacture a 01.mm thick bendable glass screen called Willow Glass, which might be the right fit for the rumoured iWatch. Apple has been reportedly looking to reduce the cost of its devices with many analysts suggesting that iWatch could be Apple’s offering for the lower income groups.
The seventh generation iPod nano has been bordering on the wrist-watch concept as many third-party manufacturers have been creating straps for the device. Apple has been speculated to manufacture iTV, which is reported to be more than a set-top box. Apple recently acquired the patent for integrated touch sensor and solar panel configurations, creating a buzz in the technology market.
